At Nova Lights, we want your home to glow with satisfaction, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all lighting fixtures in their original condition. If your purchase doesn't perfectly illuminate your space, we are here to help with a seamless exchange or refund process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repack the lighting fixture in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all hardware, crystals, and instructions are included to prevent damage.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your shipping box, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Replacement

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit, we will process your full refund or dispatch your new choice within 5 to 7 business days.
